Kauri Amber Resin. Northlands Region. New Zealand
Found in its natural state, this ancient fossilized resin is born from the mighty and majestic Kauri tree located deep within the Northland region of New Zealand. Easily washed out from the hair, this non-sticky, lightweight naturally occurring resin helps to seal the cuticle, trapping in moisture while repelling humidity to provide long-lasting touchable hairstyles. Deeply rooted in Maori traditions, Captain James Cook was the first European to discover Kauri Amber Resin back in 1769.
